Location & Getting Here
Where is Landhotel Denggerhof located?
In a quiet, sunny spot in Mayrhofen in the Zillertal valley (Tyrol, Austria): Laubichl 127, 6290 Mayrhofen. The village centre and the railway station are about 1 km away (10–15 minutes on foot), the Penken cable car about 1.5 km and the Ahorn cable car about 2 km. The free ski bus stops right at the hotel.
How do I get here by train?
Take the Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB) to Jenbach and change to the Zillertalbahn to its final stop, Mayrhofen. From Mayrhofen station it is about 1 km or a 10–15 minute walk to the hotel.
Is there parking and an EV charging station?
Yes. Hotel guests park free of charge right in front of the hotel. Two publicly accessible 22 kW charging stations are located in front of the building. There is also a charging point for e-bikes.

Rooms, Prices & Booking
Which rooms are available and what do they cost?
There are four categories: single room (approx. 18 m², 1 person), double room type I (approx. 20 m², 2 people), double room type II (approx. 26 m², 2–4 people) and double room type III (approx. 30 m², 2 people). Prices range from € 64 to € 83 per person per night including breakfast, depending on room and season, plus local tourist tax.
What is included in the room rate?
Free Wi-Fi, a generous breakfast buffet with regional products, the wellness and relaxation area in the hotel (solarium for a fee), use of the pool at the neighbouring campsite approx. 60 m away, secure storage for bicycles, e-bikes and motorbikes in summer, the ski room with heated boot dryer in winter, and a small farewell gift.
Are there discounts for children?
Yes, when sharing a room with two full-paying adults: children up to 3 years stay free, children aged 4–9 receive 50 % and aged 10–15 receive 20 % off. From 15 years the discount is 15 % on the list price.
How much is the tourist tax?
€ 3.20 per person per night from the age of 15. It is not included in the room rates.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations up to 3 months before arrival are free of charge. Up to 1 month before arrival, 50 % of the booked price is charged; from 1 week before arrival 70 %; in the last week or in case of no-show 90 %. Cancellations are only accepted in writing. The Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.

Your Stay
When are check-in and check-out?
Your room is ready from 3 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure it is available until 10 am.
Is Wi-Fi free?
Yes. Wi-Fi is free for hotel guests and included in the room rate.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, pets are very welcome on request. The charge is € 15 per day per dog (food not included; dogs sleep in their own basket or on their own blanket). Please let us know about your dog in advance. Dogs are welcome in the restaurant, but not in the wellness or pool area.
Is there a lift?
Yes, Landhotel Denggerhof has a lift. It also takes you to the wellness area and the ski room on the lower floor.
Is the hotel entrance open around the clock?
Yes, the entrance door is open 24 hours a day. If reception is not staffed at the moment, our service team will be happy to help.
When are the rooms cleaned?
Rooms are usually cleaned between 8 am and 1 pm. If you do not wish to be disturbed, simply hang the “Do not disturb” sign on the outside of your door.
Breakfast & Restaurant
When is breakfast served?
The generous breakfast buffet is served daily from 7.30 to 10 am and is included in the room rate – with coffee, tea, freshly squeezed fruit juices, a juice machine to make your own, dark bread and rolls, cheese, cold cuts, eggs, yoghurt and muesli. If you leave early, you can put together a packed lunch for your journey home the day before instead of breakfast.
Can I eat in the restaurant without staying at the hotel?
Yes. Our à la carte restaurant with pizza and Tyrolean classics is also popular with locals. Hot food is served from 5 to 9 pm, closed on Tuesdays. All dishes are also available to take away (order hotline +43 5285 62580 52). From 3 pm we serve coffee, ice cream and drinks in the afternoon (except Tuesdays).

Wellness & Pool
What wellness facilities are there?
Finnish sauna and bio sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, solarium, ice fountain and experience showers, a spacious relaxation room and a cosy lounge area. Massages are available on request. In summer the wellness area is open on request from 4 to 8 pm, in the off-season also on request. It is located on the lower floor (accessible by lift) and opens with your room key card. External guests pay € 17 per person per visit.
Does the hotel have a pool?
Hotel guests can use the large, heated outdoor pool with children’s pool and canopy at the neighbouring campsite free of charge (approx. 60 m away, at the campsite reception). It is open in summer and winter, daily from 8.30 am to 6.30 pm.

Winter & Summer
Is there a ski bus?
Yes. In winter the free ski bus stops right at the hotel and takes you to the ski area of your choice – for example Ahorn, Penken and Horberg.
Is there a ski room and a bike room?
Yes. In winter there is a ski room with a heated boot dryer (on the lower floor, accessible by lift, entry with your key card); in summer there is secure storage for bicycles, e-bikes and motorbikes.
Do I get a guest card?
Yes. As a hotel guest you receive the guest card of the Mayrhofen-Hippach holiday region. The Zillertal Activcard is not included in the room rate.
